We recommend using 2 tablespoons (approx. 6 grams) or more of finely ground Guayusa leaves per 8 oz. of water which can be prepared using the follow methods:

Tea Pot<\/strong> \u2013 Add crushed leaves to water. Boil for a few minutes and steep<\/p>\n

Drip coffee maker<\/strong>– Grind Guayusa leaves and prepare as you would normally brew your favorite coffee<\/p>\n

French Press<\/strong>– Grind Guayusa leaves and prepare as you would normally brew your favorite coffee or tea<\/p>\n

Sun Tea<\/strong> – Add ground or whole Guayusa leaves to water in a large glass container and leave in the sun for 4 – 6 hours. Serve hot or cold with lemon or honey<\/p>\n

Coconut Sweet Tea<\/strong>– Prepare some brewed tea following one of the recommended methods. Strain the leaves out of the tea, put the tea in a blender with a tablespoon or two of coconut butter, oil or milk. Add some brown sugar, coconut sugar or honey. Blend thoroughly until frothy.
